  • Cardio Tamp
    Think reformer meets a trampoline twist. The Tramp-Former blends core-strengthening Pilates with heart-pumping cardio—expect bounces, jumps, and a workout that’s as fun as it is effective.

  • Mat-former
    A hybrid hero. Mat-former combines the classic control of mat Pilates with the challenge of resistance for a workout that strengthens, stretches, and surprises you every time.

  • Reformer Pilates
    Step onto the reformer and discover your core's new best friend. Spring-loaded magic delivers deep stretches and serious strength-building while making you feel like a Pilates pro.

  • Yoga

    Your goals, your pace, your workout! Our 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions are all about you—personalised moves, expert tips, and plenty of good vibes. Strengthen, stretch, and shine with your own private coach!

  • Barre
    Burn baby burn! Barre is a high-energy workout combining barre and floor cardio, building strength, flexibility, and endurance while being joint-friendly. It sculpts muscles, improves posture, and the vibes keep you coming back for more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our classes are no larger than 9, we like to keep it small. That way, you get all the attention you need to perfect those moves.

  • Life happens, we get it! Our cancellation policy may vary, but typically we require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the class. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Be sure to check our studio policies for specific details.

  • Nope, we’ve got everything covered. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and good vibes. For yoga, feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • We don’t have on-site parking, but no stress—there’s plenty nearby:

    • Most residential roads around us have free parking (just keep an eye out for timed restrictions).

    • Both studio’s are only a 10-min stroll from the city center.

  • Nope, not at all! Our classes welcome everyone from newbies to seasoned pros. Our instructors are pros at tailoring workouts to match your skill level, so no worries there!

  • Dress comfy-cool, think workout clothes that allow you to move freely.

  • No sweat! Our instructors are like Pilates wizards. Just let them know about any sore spots or restrictions, and they'll whip up modifications to keep you comfy and safe.
