is a studio like no other.

No two classes are ever the same at our uplifting and inspiring St Albans studios. We are all about dynamic, creative and sociable classes where everyone gets a fully personalised experience. When you come to Good Pilates you become a member of our club. We will support you, push you, transform your body and make you laugh a lot!

What we do

  • Reformer Pilates

    Sculpt deep muscles, improve coordination, relieve tension, and melt away stress through movements and breathing techniques. This class brings all the vibes to make you feel stronger and more balanced

  • Barre Burn

    Burn baby burn! Barre is a high-energy workout combining barre and floor cardio, building strength, flexibility, and endurance while being joint-friendly. It sculpts muscles, improves posture, and the vibes keeps you coming back for more

  • Advanced Classes

    Boom! Take your reformer Pilates sessions to another level with this creative class aimed to push you a little harder and strengthen those core muscles

  • It is what it says "on the tin". An ‘All Levels’ Pilates reformer class aimed to strengthen and lengthen you out. This class is suitable for injuries.

  • For all those peeps wanting to give that little extra push from our ‘All Levels’ class.

  • Boom! Take your reformer Pilates sessions to another level with this creative class aimed to push you a little harder and strengthen those core muscles.

  • A class using basic moves on the Pilates Reformer, lot of reps and lots of fun! Small equipment used too, to target your muscles and work on strength and flexibility.

  • This is a lunch time happy hour class, for those that want to take a break from the daily grime and their desks! Lets stretch out and work hard-er!

  • Good Pilates Club presents "Friday Club" - Once a month we meet and do 1.5 hours of Pilates - working out to some bad boy tunes and then we will have a glass to celebrate. Serious Friday fun to be had here...
